the initiative by Laurene Powell Jobs. As a fangirl who has also worked at **Apple**, this project was a dream come true.

Chat with Charley,

the abortion access chatbot started by Cecile Richards. It uses pre-written branch logic to help anyone in the USA find care.

I now know way more than I ever thought possible about the tax code, the science of hydration, abortion access, and many more industries. But more than that, I know how to fully digest a company's content to build experiences that work beautifully, and delight users every step of the way.
